Ordering and delivery process (TO HUNGARY)

Dear Customer!

Below you can find information about the ordering process, our opening hours, payment options, and the procedure and costs of delivery.

Webshop Opening Hours: NON STOP

Home Delivery: Available throughout the entire country. Also available to certain Eastern European countries, inquire with our staff.

Payment Options:

When making a purchase, you can choose from the following payment options.

For Hungary:

  1. Credit card payment
  2. Cash on delivery (with a credit card or cash to the MPL courier, with a credit card and/or cash at PostaPonts (the available payment methods depend on the specific PostaPont), or with a credit card at FoxPost parcel machines)
  3. Bank transfer

Customer Service: Our customer service representatives are available to take your calls at the following times.

Steps:

  1. Select the products and quantity, add them to the cart (automatic).

  2. Clicking on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. / To view the cart, click on the "View Cart" button  /
  3. In the pop-up window, choose from the following options:

    A) As a registered customer, log in by entering the email address and the password provided during registration, and proceed with the ordering process.
    B) Register (then, after registration, continue with the ordering process).
    C) Continue the ordering process as a guest without registration.

  4. Entering Data (Contact details, billing information) If the DELIVERY details differ from the billing details, uncheck the automatic checkbox with a single click. You also have the option to subscribe to the newsletter by checking the appropriate checkbox. The subscription is made with the email address provided in the contact details.

  5. Choosing the Payment Method and Delivery Method In the example, we selected cash on delivery, which has a handling fee of gross 190 HUF. (The cash on delivery fee will be visible on the next order summary page.) When choosing a PostaPont or FoxPost Parcel Locker, you need to select from the drop-down list. Once you have successfully selected the appropriate payment and delivery method, click the "Next" button to proceed to the Order Summary page, where you can finalize your order.

  6. You can review the order details once again on the Order Summary page. To place the order, you need to accept the terms and conditions and the information in our Data Handling Notice, which you can do by checking the appropriate checkbox. (These two documents are available at the bottom of the website.) You also have the option to leave a comment for our customer service or the courier service. We have marked with four arrows where you can scroll down to check the additional elements of the order. If all provided information is correct, you can finalize your order by clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. If any data needs correction or if you want to add more products to the order, click on the respective icons marked with the green checkbox.

In the example, we changed the payment method from cash on delivery to credit card payment. To finalize the order, click on the "Place Order" button.

By clicking on the "Place Order" button, a pop-up window will provide information about the success of the order.

 

In the case of credit card payment, within a few seconds, you will be redirected to the secure SALTPAY payment platform. There, by providing the cardholder and card details and clicking on the "PAY" button, you can finalize the payment. A pop-up window will inform you about the successful online credit card payment.

 

 

Supported card types:

As a confirmation of placing the order, you will receive an automated email to the provided email address, containing the details of the order and the withdrawal statement. Please check your spam folder if you don't find our email in the inbox within 1-2 minutes.

DELIVERY METHODS:

ORDER - Home Delivery:

The ordered products, after preparation and stocking, will be set to delivery status. In this case, the products will be sent to the delivery address via MPL courier service. After handing over the packages to the courier service, they will be delivered within 1-5 business days (if the ordered product is in stock), between 8 am and 5 pm. You will find the invoice inside the package. The courier will have your phone number and will call if assistance is needed. The package must be delivered to the recipient in an undamaged condition. Upon sending the package, MPL will notify the recipient by email/SMS that the package will be delivered the next business day. On the morning of the delivery day, the recipient will receive a notification containing the courier's phone number.

ORDER – Delivery to PostaPont (Post Offices, partner points, and MPL Parcel Lockers):

Why and where is it worth ordering, or what should you know about PostaPonts!

Why is it worth ordering to a Parcel Locker?

Because the lockers are accessible 24/7 nationwide. You can check here which one is on your way. You won't have to make a significant detour for pickup, as most Parcel Lockers are located in shopping center parking lots and busy places, where you would often go anyway. You can easily and quickly pick up your order at any time. You don't have to wait at work or at home for the package to be delivered. MPL will notify you by email and SMS about the arrival of your package; after that, they will store your shipment in the locker for 2 business days. You can easily retrieve your package from the locker by entering the identification received in the SMS and your phone number. After the deadline, if not collected, the package will be transferred to a nearby post office, and you will receive a new SMS and/or email notification. You can pick up your shipment without cash flow, as you can pay with a bank card at the locker or by card payment in our online store. The maximum weight of packages is 20 kg, and the maximum size is 50x31x35cm. The maximum value per package is 200,000 HUF. The maximum cash-on-delivery amount is 100,000 HUF. For higher final amounts, prepayment is recommended, but you can also pay in cash at our premises.

Why is it worth ordering to a MOL-Coop PostaPont?

Because most MOL PostaPonts are open 24 hours a day, and most Coop PostaPonts are open for 12 hours, allowing you to pick up your package before and after work. You can check here which one is on your way. MPL will notify you by SMS or email about the arrival of your shipment. You can pick up your package within a storage time of up to 10 business days—during this time, you can go for it during opening hours whenever you want. The pickup points are easily accessible. Parking at gas stations is simple and free. You can also pay by credit card at most MOL PostaPonts and Coop PostaPonts. The maximum weight of packages is 20 kg, and the maximum value per package is 200,000 HUF. The maximum cash-on-delivery amount is 100,000 HUF. For higher final amounts, card payment on our website is recommended.

 

Why is it worth ordering to a Post Office or Post Restante PostaPont?

Because there are more than 2600 locations nationwide, allowing you to pick up your package even in the most remote villages. Choose a post office that is on your way! You can pick up your package within 10 business days of storage time, and during this time, you can go for it whenever you want (and the PostaPont is open). You can connect your package with other postal matters, so you don't have to make a separate trip. You don't have to wait at home or ask someone else to pick up the package. You can also pay by credit card at the Posta. The maximum weight of packages is 30 kg. The maximum cash-on-delivery amount is 100,000 HUF. For higher final amounts, card payment on our website is recommended.

FOXPOST Delivery

We can deliver the package anywhere in the country, even within 1 business day! We will deliver the package to an automat of your choice or directly to your door with home delivery.

When will the buyer receive the package in case of delivery to a FOXPOST locker?

After our courier has picked up the package, the recipient can pick it up from the chosen destination locker within 1-3 business days. The delivery time is primarily influenced by the saturation of the locker. You can find the emptying times of the lockers HERE. (Click on "Kattintson")

When will the buyer receive the package in case of home delivery?

In the case of home delivery, the general delivery time is 2-3 business days after our courier has picked up the package from the locker. You can find the emptying times of the lockers HERE. Our company does not guarantee the delivery time of the packages.
